Serenity! A word meaning so many things to so many people. Often, one pictures a mental state of pure peace. Nothing can rattle this once achieved. But what if instead of a one time event, serenity is the practice of acceptance and inwardly choosing to say yes to life's mysteries. Here, serenity becomes an active path always accessible and ever deepening with one's joys and challenges. Meditation sets the groundwork for this practice and grants us the freedom to follow it.

1-4pm Mindful Living as a Meditation:
